The main house as we see it now is from the 18th century in typical Tuscan style. The villa has a small creek running through it which was used for a watermill to grind olive oils from the neighbouring olive orchards. Apart from olives also wine from Monte Pisani was produced here.
There are some remains from the 14th century and from the history of Pisa as one of the four major cities of the ‘Repubblica Marinara’

The villa has a spacious yard from which there is access to a completely seperate house from 14th century with its own traditional pizza oven. There is also a seperate gym and garage.
